Obiettivo del corso:
Individuare e valutare l'importanza crescente della gestione delle operazioni e dei sistemi di qualità nei settori manifatturiero e dei servizi;
Esaminare la gestione delle operazioni;
Comprendere il ruolo della certificazione volontaria in tutto il mondo attraverso gli standard ISO.
Comprendere la visione olistica di un'organizzazione fornita dallo standard ISO 9001 incentrata sulla «qualità».
La metodologia di insegnamento promuove un approccio interattivo. Il corso includerà rappresentanti di aziende. La metodologia di insegnamento utilizzata include lavori di gruppo, interventi esterni e discussioni in classe.
